What this is

Einzelsocke (SOCKE) is a private fun project with no intention of making a profit. SOCKE is a fun token with no value: not an investment, not a financial product, nothing to buy or sell. SOCKE is only given away and cannot be passed on by recipients. 18+ only.

SOCKE currently runs on the Base Sepolia test network. Tokens on a test network are only for trying things out and have no monetary value. A later switch to the Base main network is possible; SOCKE will remain a fun token with no value there too.

The content of this site is created with care. No guarantee is given for accuracy, completeness or timeliness. I am responsible for my own content under general law. I am not obliged to constantly monitor content submitted by users (sock stories); stories are reviewed before publication and removed promptly if I learn of any infringement.

SOCKE, wallets and the blockchain

There is no entitlement to receive SOCKE. Reports may be rejected without giving reasons, and the service may be paused or discontinued at any time.
SOCKE is not an investment, not a financial instrument and not a means of payment. Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice.
Everyone is responsible for their own wallet, the address they enter and the safekeeping of their seed phrase. Blockchain transactions are final; to the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for losses caused by wrong addresses, lost access, or errors of wallet apps, networks or block explorers.
This site never asks for seed phrases, private keys or login details. There are other tokens with “SOCK” in their name; only the contract address shown on the home page is real.

Liability for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

Liability for links

This site links to third-party sites (e.g. Basescan, PayPal) whose content I cannot influence; their operators are responsible for it. No infringements were apparent at the time of linking; if any become known, I will remove the link promptly.
